The cores are normally in two halves for radiators this size, the cores are then bolted together.
This has been spray painted, we recored this with a core with reinforced tubes. The previous radiator kept getting damaged from the debris pulled in by the powerful fan.
This had a large amount of dirt inside, we cut holes between the baffles , steam cleaned and shot blasted the fuel tank. It was then patched up and tested. Most diesel tanks and petrol tanks can be repaired.

We replaced the oil cooler in the bottom tank. Heavy duty core has been put in this, upgraded cores are also available.
