Our factory is still open and we can offer all usual services.

During lockdown no customers will be allowed on the premises. All payments must be done by phone so we can offer a ‘click and collect’ service and radiators must be dropped off and collected outside the main doors.

What is your return policy?

If a part has been incorrectly ordered it can be returned to us for a full refund or swapped within 7 days. All items must be returned in original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Items to be returned must not have been fitted to the vehicle. Before returning any goods, please read our terms and conditions on our website.

Am I ordering the correct part?

If you’re not sure about the part you need, please call us. Also check your part against any drawings. If the worst happens and you end up with the wrong part, send it back and we will send you the correct one and charge or refund you the difference.

What warranty do you offer?

All parts are brand new and have a 12 month warranty from date of supply. This does not include damage, or if a part has been fitted incorrectly. No warranty labour claims will be accepted on any faulty goods returned.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We use several carriers to deliver our parts and always aim for next week-day delivery, except for Saturday or Sunday. All deliveries must be signed for between 8.30am and 6.00pm. Outlying regions, The North of Scotland, Highlands and Islands may be subject to a surcharge and may take longer.

How much is UK delivery?

Delivery to UK mainland is £10 for all products. Parcels are insured against loss or damage but we need to know within 7 days if a parcel has been damaged. Deliveries to outlying regions, The North of Scotland, Highlands and Islands may take 2 to 3 days. Please phone for confirmation.

Can the parcel be left at the address?

All deliveries must be signed for between 8.30am and 6.00pm. If no-one is in, the carrier will leave a card so the customer can arrange a repeat delivery or collect the parcel. After 2 failed delivery attempts the parcel will be returned to us and this will be chargeable to the customer.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Please call or email us at for prices. We deliver to most countries at reasonable rates.

Can I collect?

You are most welcome to collect your order. Call on 020 8653 1144 to arrange collection. There will be no delivery charge. See our contact information for opening times and directions.

Do you only supply new parts?

We can repair or recondition all radiators, heaters and fuel tanks, especially for vintage or commercial vehicles.

Can you repair bike radiators?

We can repair or re-core any bike radiator and can copy any bike oil cooler. The turnaround time is usually 5-7 days for a repair and 1-2 weeks for a recore or complete copy.

Is VAT included in the price?

VAT is not included in the price. Please add VAT @ 20%. This will be added at checkout and a VAT invoice will be sent with your parcel. If you need another copy of the VAT invoice please send us an email requesting it.
