1961 Ford Zodiac V8 Aluminium Radiator (photos and video)

We recently had the opportunity to design and build a new radiator for a 1961 Ford Zodiac. This particular car has a 5 litre GT40 engine and nitrous oxide so it needed a pretty big radiator to keep things cool. The customer very kindly brought the car down to show us how the new Aluminium radiator looked in situ and we think this is one of the cleanest, crispest cars ever to grace our forecourt! Also the noise it makes is fantastic – when he pulled up outside the offices everyone was mouthing the words “What is THAT?” – We all had to go outside to have a look. He even floored it pulling away. Nice one! (click for video)
