Ths is a radiator for a Lotus Esprit that has been retrofitted with an Audi 3.7 V8 engine. We extended the core out to 795mm between the tanks and increased the number of rows in the core from 2 (30mm thick) to 3 (50mm thick)

The cores are normally in two halves for radiators this size, the cores are then bolted together.
This has been spray painted, we recored this with a core with reinforced tubes. The previous radiator kept getting damaged from the debris pulled in by the powerful fan.
